healthy exercise
There are many problems that arise regarding no exercise or lack of exercise. this includes stress, obesity etc. and may lead to a more serious problems like: heart diseases, diabetes, hypertension, stroke, etc. or worse death.
this is why being healthy and staying healthy is a must. there are tons of different way to be healthy and stay healthy, it maybe in a form of foods, vitamins and one of the things a doctor does not to forget to advice to his patients is EXERCISE.
exercise is very healthy,and here are its benefits:
* lessens anxiety and depression *decreases stress *tones and strengthens every organs in your body *makes us sleep well *helps us burn cholesterol lowering our risk in acquiring heart diseases, hypertension and even stroke *helps control sugar levels present in our blood *helps relieve constipation *strengthens our immune system
exercise is healthy but overdoing it makes it unhealthy, so before jumping into an exercise frenzy remember to consult your doctor for a proper exercise for you, because there are certain exercise intended for different people depending on what illness they have like for people with hypertension, it maybe okay to exercise but it vigorous exercise is not adviced this is also true to diabetics and people with respiratory illnesses, this is to prevent further complication and have the desired effect.
when exercising always remember to *warm-up *hydrateyourself *take precautions at all times
exercise is for everyone, so go exercise and enjoy the price of being healthy.
